the bike path should be continued from route 28 and Bearses Way to the airport rotary and beyond. Sidewalks are needed for the west end rotary to North St. at Stevens St. Crosswalk lights are needed near the bus station at Main St.,Ocean St.,and Center St. More people would walk these roads if it were safe. The west end rotary is a death trap- no crosswalks and the north street entrance is an embarrassment. How are people supposed to walk or bike up North Street to the Career Opportunity Center or the Hyannis Youth Center. The Melody Tent has been there for decades and yet we still haven't make it easy to walk there from Main Street.These streets are dangerous for those in motorized wheelchairs. A crosswalk should be clearly cut through the west end rotary with sidewalks on every side.
