It might be time to implement drug testing to prevent one time drug use from becoming addiction. Since parents seem to not be able to detect kid's drug use, I suggest this radical way.
The rampant break ins and violations of citizen's right to quiet enjoyment of their own property is the result of this unbridled drug use by our young people and their need to fuel the habit.
Stop it before it becomes a habit/addiction. Think about it before you 'bash' this idea. Many professions require drug testing-why not teach kids respoonsibility for their own behavior and help before it is too late
